Ken McDonald is an elite fitness instructor, former Army and Garda trainer, and International Rower with multiple World Records and World Championship titles. He has spent his career forging mental and physical strength in some of the most demanding environments in the world — and now he's bringing that to a cattle shed in Co. Carlow.
This is not a bootcamp. This is not a gym class. This is a tactical, challenge-based session built around farm-bred grit — the kind of strength that's earned, not performed. Expect to be tested. Expect to surprise yourself.

Primal Flow · Elucidate Pilates — Eleanor Treacy
Eleanor Treacy is an All-Ireland camogie champion, Carlow Sports Star, and founder of Elucidate Pilates. After Ken pushes you to your edge, Eleanor brings you back into your body — but don't mistake that for easy. Ranges of motion, animal movement, primal stretching — slowly bringing the intensity down through breathwork, ready for Kate.

Journey to Stillness · Sound Bath — Kate Quigley
Kate Quigley is a holistic practitioner specialising in sound healing. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Drums. Gong. Koshi chimes. You don't need any experience. You just need to lie down and let the sound do the work.
⚠️ Please note: the sound bath is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers, or those with epilepsy.
